2 year old teacher

Duties:

• Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Provide instruction to students in various subjects
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
• Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students, such as babysitting, nannying, or caregiving
• Strong classroom management skills, including behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
