We are looking to hire immediately. This position involves fostering academic growth, and nurturing students' spiritual development in a Christ-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and Christian values. Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help them succeed academically and spiritually. Collaborate with staff and administration to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Integrate Christian teachings into daily lessons and activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (required) Wisconsin (or other US State) Teaching certification (preferred) Previous experience teaching Math or Science in 6th-8th grades (preferred) Strong classroom management skills and the ability to teach multiple grade levels effectively. Commitment to Christian education and alignment with the mission and values of Victory Christian Academy.
Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Involves participation in at least 2 school events and/or activities outside regular hours.
