POSITION SUMMARY

With the knowledge and experience of great customer care, the lead MCT will be a role model and coach for other MCTs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress your career as a MCT, while maintaining great patient experience scores. A lead MCT is someone who is recognized as an expert in providing crucial care and support to patients in all aspects of their daily living. They also must posess coaching and mentoring skills.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education High School Diploma or 10 years of relevant experience Minimum Experience 1-2 years of MCT experience or Equvilent experience Required Registration/License/Certification BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire date Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience 2-3 years of MCT experience or Equvilient experience Preferred Registration/License/Certification N/A Other Requirements N/A
