Job Description

Join Our Team as a Gymnastics Instructor! Are you passionate about gymnastics and enjoy working with kids? The Boys and Girls Club of Fayetteville is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructor to inspire and guide young athletes. As an Instructor, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to help children develop their gymnastics skills in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.
JULY START DATE
Key Responsibilities:
Lead gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels, ensuring a positive, growth-focused experience. Teach students how to master beginner, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics techniques with safety at the forefront. Foster a love for gymnastics by designing and implementing creative, exciting lessons. Plan and develop new gymnastics programs that align with our mission. Prepare engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for recreational gymnastics classes. Maintain regular communication with the Chief Operations Officer to discuss schedules and participant progress.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. A passion for working with children and gymnastics. A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work collaboratively. Transportation to and from work is required. Must be reliable, punctual, and honest. Experience working with children (1-3 years preferred) in recreational or instructional settings. USAG Certification is preferred, but not required.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities like spotting, moving equipment, balancing, and climbing. Excellent communication skills, both with parents and fellow staff members. Patience, creativity, and a deep love for working with kids!
Work Schedule:
