Tumble Coach

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tumble Coach, where your energy and passion for physical activity will inspire children to develop their tumbling skills, confidence, and love for movement. In this role, you will lead engaging and safe tumble classes, fostering a positive environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and fun. Your expertise in tumble, acro, or sports coaching will help children build strength, coordination, and resilience while ensuring their safety at all times. Responsibilities Lead energetic tumble classes tailored to children of various skill levels, ensuring each participant feels supported and motivated. Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate fundamental tumbling techniques, balance exercises, and coordination drills. Maintain a safe environment by enforcing proper safety protocols, including spotting techniques and equipment checks. Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence among all participants. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding progress, safety concerns, or class updates. Assist with setting up equipment, cleaning the training area, and maintaining a well-organized space conducive to learning and fun. Support the development of additional skills such as cheerleading, climbing, or martial arts to enhance overall physical literacy. Qualifications Previous experience in coaching children. Strong background in tumble and acro. Demonstrated ability to work with children in a teaching or coaching capacity while managing behavior effectively. Knowledge of safety standards related to gymnastics equipment and child supervision. Excellent communication skills to engage with children and their families positively. Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting health and fitness among young learners. Ability to stand, move actively throughout classes, and lift or assist children as needed.
