From toddlers just starting out to adults training for competition (including World Championship-level events), we create an environment where people grow, have fun, and push their limits. Position Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and positive Ninja Warrior Coach to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of ages—from young children (as young as 2 years old) to adults—and thrives in an active, fast-paced environment. No ninja coaching experience? No problem. While a background in ninja, gymnastics, parkour, or personal training is a big plus, we're happy to provide on-the-job training for the right person with great energy and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Lead and assist Ninja Warrior classes for all age groups and skill levels Create a fun, safe, and structured training environment Teach obstacle course techniques such as climbing, jumping, swinging, and balance Set up, adjust, and break down obstacles for classes and events Ensure athlete safety while encouraging growth and progression Help run camps, group activities, and special events Provide positive feedback and motivation to athletes Represent Hitsquad's culture of discipline, confidence, and respect What We're Looking For Comfortable working with a wide age range (toddlers through adults) High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Passion for coaching, fitness, or youth development Ability to lead, motivate, and connect with athletes of all levels Preferred (But Not Required) Experience Ninja Warrior / Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) Gymnastics, parkour, or similar movement-based sports Personal training or group fitness coaching Experience working with children (coaching, camps, teaching, etc.) CPR / First Aid certification Why Join Hitsquad?
