In this energetic role, you will lead engaging tumbling classes designed to promote strength, flexibility, coordination, and safety. Your enthusiasm and expertise will create a fun, motivating environment that encourages young learners to reach new heights in their athletic journey. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's physical development while fostering a love for active living. Responsibilities Lead lively and structured tumbling classes tailored to various age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques for rolls, flips, handstands, and other gymnastic movements with safety as a top priority Create an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates children to participate actively and confidently Monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching to enhance their skills Enforce behavior management strategies to maintain a safe and respectful class environment Ensure all equipment is used safely, maintained properly, and set up correctly before each class Communicate to parents about their kids skill progression Qualifications Recommended prior experience in tumbling, gymnastics, or related physical activities such as cheerleading or dance Background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or working with young children Passion for helping children learn, grow, and build confidence Patient, energetic, and positive attitude Strong communication skills with both children and parents Able to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment Experience working with students of diverse ages and skill levels with strong behavior management skills Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, patience, and clear communication during instruction Comfortable leading groups of children ages 3-18 Embark on a rewarding journey helping children develop their tumbling talents while building confidence and healthy habits.
