Learn the Art of Illusion What You'll Do Lead engaging, hands-on enrichment classes. Follow the provided curriculum and materials. Encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence. Create a safe, fun, and structured learning environment. What We're Looking For Experience working with children (teaching, camps, tutoring, or similar). Energetic, reliable, and confident in leading groups. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passion for arts, STEM, or performing arts is a plus! Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Fine Arts, Mathematics, or Science) preferred. Patient and able to work effectively with students of diverse learning styles. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Must be able to commit to the assigned schedule. Must have a personal vehicle. Must reside near the class location.
