Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in water sports. This role involves working with students of various ages, providing instruction in water sports. Someone who is willing to do guided kayaking and paddle boarding excursions and lessons along with helping in running the storefront. Responsibilities Kayak and Paddleboarding instruction Help run retail section and rental section Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Communicate effectively with participants Skills Knowledge of lifeguarding principles. Ability to teach physical education concepts effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students of all ages. Patience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
