Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Education instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one of the below, understand program design, and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals. Classes are usually 4-6 weeks longs, meeting once a week during the week some time between September
  • November.
These are non-credit, fun classes for our community ages 50+.
Looking for instructors for:
1. Knitting
  • 4 weeks on a week night starting in October. 3. Sewing for Beginners
  • 8 weeks on a Saturday starting in September. 4. Tai Chi
  • 12 weeks on a week night starting in September. 5. Line Dancing
  • 6 weeks on a week night starting in September. 6. Learn to Play Chess
  • 6 weeks on a week night starting in September or October. 7. Making Sense of Medicare
  • 3 weeks on a week night in October or November.
Qualifications Proven experience in program design Strong knowledge in their field of study Passion to teach Interested or have more questions, please contact: nmcdowell@dvc.edu
