In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind creating fun, safe, and engaging experiences tailored to kids' interests and developmental needs. Must be able to braid and bun hair Your leadership will ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish, inspiring joy and memorable moments for children and their families. If you thrive in lively environments, excel at managing groups of children, and have a flair for creativity and organization, this is the perfect opportunity to make a positive impact in a vibrant setting. Duties Lead and coordinate themed kids' parties, ensuring all activities are engaging, safe, and age-appropriate Manage event setup and cleanup, including decorating, organizing supplies, and preparing activity stations Supervise children during activities, maintaining high standards of safety and behavior management Communicate clearly with parents and guardians to understand their expectations and address any special needs or requests Facilitate a variety of entertainment options such as games, crafts, theater performances, or sports coaching to keep children excited and involved Enforce safety protocols by applying first aid when necessary and being prepared for emergency situation Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, camp, tutoring, or childcare is highly preferred Strong background in classroom management, behavior management, or childhood development enhances your ability to lead effectively Knowledge of early childhood education principles or special education is a plus for creating inclusive activities Experience in sports coaching, theater arts, babysitting, or Christian counseling can add valuable skills for diverse event programming Demonstrated ability to manage groups of children safely while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere Must be able to do Braid Previous roles involving working with students or in childcare environments will support your success as a Kids Party Event Lead Join us to create joyful celebrations that leave lasting smiles!
