Discover Fun Camp is hiring Summer Camp Guides to lead, inspire, and create unforgettable experiences for campers across our Washington, DC and Prince George's County, MD locations! At our camp, staff aren't just employees — they're Guides . Every day, you'll help campers explore, learn, laugh, and grow in a safe and exciting environment.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and actively engage with campers throughout the day Lead and facilitate games, activities, projects, and enrichment programming Support field trips and ensure camper safety in all settings Use positive behavior management techniques Greet and communicate professionally with families Help set up, maintain, and clean activity spaces
What We're Looking For:
Age 18 or older (preferred) Experience working with children (camps, schools, childcare, or youth programs) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain active supervision of groups Reliable transportation to assigned site Ability to pass a required background check Bonus if you have: Previous camp experience CPR/First Aid Certification Experience with diverse populations or students with varying learning or behavioral needs
