Baseball Trainer

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Baseball Trainer to inspire and develop aspiring athletes of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive baseball training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels Teach fundamental skills such as batting, pitching, fielding, base running, and game strategy with clear instructions and demonstrations Monitor players' progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate them to reach their full potential Manage behavior on the field or training area to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants Collaborate with parents, guardians to communicate progress and address any concerns Maintain equipment, organize practice schedules and privates , and ensure all training areas are safe and well-prepared Requirements Prior experience as a sports coach or trainer, preferably with a background in baseball or similar team sports Demonstrated ability to teach physical education concepts clearly and effectively Experience working with children or students in a coaching or childcare setting Lifeguard experience or certifications are desirable but not mandatory Skills in behavior management to foster positive attitudes and teamwork among participants Passion for sports coaching combined with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for helping others succeed Join us in creating a dynamic atmosphere where athletes can thrive!
