Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly based on enrichment schedule) Reports to: Program Director Shalom Orlando is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and child-focused Administrative Assignment/Enrichment Runner to support our enrichment programming. This part-time role ensures the smooth and safe operation of our afternoon enrichment classes by helping transition students, assisting instructors, and providing essential administrative support.

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Safely escort children to and from enrichment classes, ensuring each student is accounted for during drop-off and pick-up. Support children who need additional attention during enrichment sessions, accommodating individual needs with care and discretion. Assist enrichment instructors in facilitating their classes as needed, including classroom support and behavior management. Print and distribute daily class rosters, hand out walkie-talkies, and ensure all class materials are accounted for and returned after each session. Take high-quality, engaging photos of students during enrichment classes and upload them into our Remini system. Provide general administrative support related to enrichment programming or any other program related administrative responsibilities, under the direction of the Program Director.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children in a school, camp, or enrichment setting preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
