Provide first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols to handle minor injuries or emergencies promptly. Foster a nurturing environment by building strong relationships with children, encouraging participation, and promoting respect. Assist with setup and cleanup of activity areas, ensuring a clean and organized space for all camp sessions. Skills Strong classroom management skills to maintain order and promote positive behavior among children. Knowledge of first aid procedures to respond effectively to minor injuries or health concerns. Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or early childhood education environments. Ability to engage children through teaching, tutoring, or recreational activities such as sports coaching or theater arts. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and childhood development principles. Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills suitable for working with students of all ages.
