TEACH KIDS
how to love using their bodies in activities like running, swinging, rolling and even flipping! We are looking for awesome people who love to learn in a space full of games and playful energy. Here are some things to know!
  • No "ninja" experience needed! That's the easy part! We hire awesome people, who like to "move", and teach the rest.
  • 2 Day a week commitment with one weekend day. Can you do more? GREAT!
  • 15 years old minimum age for coaching.
We are CLEAN, pay well, provide lots of GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES, and we are always focused on kindness. Duties Implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical fitness and teamwork among children. Teach fundamental skills in obstacle course & gym activities. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and builds confidence. Manage behavior effectively to ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for all participants. Provide individualized support to students as needed to enhance their learning experience. Collaborate with other coaches and staff in different organized events. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any areas of improvement. Experience Previous experience working with kids in gymnastics, martial arts or ninjastics. Proven skills in behavior management and the ability to create an inclusive environment for all children. A strong interest for teaching physical education and promoting healthy lifestyles among youth. We want you to love what you do, and we want to create a space where everyone enjoys coming to work.
