In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive firearm safety training, instructional guidanc within our indoor shooting range. Your energy and expertise will help ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for shooters of all skill levels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your passion for firearms education while fostering responsible shooting practices in a professional setting. Responsibilities Deliver clear, engaging firearm safety and shooting instruction to individuals and groups of all ages and experience levels. Demonstrate proper handling, stance, aiming, and shooting techniques to promote safe practices. Manage the shooting range environment by maintaining order, encouraging participation, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Supervise range activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any unsafe behavior immediately. Qualifications Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and safety information. Experience working with students of various ages, including children and adults, in educational settings. Knowledge of firearm handling, safety protocols, and range operations is highly preferred.
