Job Description

Description This position is responsible for teaching construction classes as assigned by the academic dean.
Methodologies include:
face-to-face, hybrid, video conferencing, live virtual, and online. Job Duties Duties include but are not limited to: teaching classroom lecture courses, curriculum development/restructuring, and helping in student success. Qualifications 6000 hours of construction work experience OR possess a combination of an associate degree in construction and at least 3,000 hours of recent, relevant tested construction experience. Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S. driver’s license and good driving record Physical Demands Normal Office Heavy work (lift 30-50 lbs.) Other physical requirements (note): The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone and basic office equipment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear Ability to drive company owned or personal vehicle.
