Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic sports training team as a Football/Flag Trainer, where your energy and expertise will inspire young athletes to develop their skills, teamwork, and confidence! This is a 1099 contractor role with earnings directly tied to the number of clients you train—ideal for motivated trainers looking to build their own client base and increase income potential. This role also offers an exciting opportunity to lead engaging flag football and related sports activities, fostering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for children and teens. Your passion for sports, coaching, and child development will help shape the next generation of athletes while promoting healthy lifestyles and active play. Duties Design and deliver engaging flag football training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Teach fundamental football techniques, rules, and strategies in a clear, motivating manner Incorporate other sports such as basketball, cheerleading, climbing, or martial arts to diversify training programs Promote positive behavior management and teamwork among participants to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment Monitor safety during activities, enforce rules, and provide first aid or emergency assistance when needed Collaborate with parents, guardians, and fellow coaches to track progress and communicate program updates Lead warm-up exercises, skill drills, game simulations, and cool-down routines to maximize participant engagement Skills Prior experience in sports coaching or physical education instruction with a focus on youth development Experience working with children or in childcare settings demonstrates your patience and behavior management skills Strong teaching abilities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate young learners Ability to adapt coaching methods for different age groups while maintaining safety standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels active lifestyles!
