District 214 Community Education is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Photography Instructor to lead engaging classes for adult learners in our community. Whether it's the basics of camera settings or advanced composition techniques, we're looking for an instructor who can guide students of all skill levels through the art and craft of photography. If you have a strong command of photography and a love for teaching others, this is a great opportunity to turn your expertise into inspiration. Classes are typically held one evening per week, with flexible scheduling available. Help others see the world through a new lens—bring your passion for photography to the classroom.HOURS:
Part-time, must be available evenings and/or weekendsLOCATION
various District 214 school locationsSALARY:
$20- 40 per hour based on experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work evening and/or weekend hours Able to stand for long periods of time Able to perform bending, stooping, and reaching activities as neededPOSITION EXPECTATIONS
Must demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, students, outside officials/agencies, and the general public. Must project a positive image of the district as well as exhibit a positive employee attitude. If over 18, must submit to background check through District 214. Must complete new employee GCN training and update annually as required according to deadlines. Perform other tasks assigned.APPLICATION PROCEDURE
