We are currently hiring Tot (ages walking to Kindergarten) and Instructional (school-aged students in a skill-based program) gymnastics coaches. We are a family-oriented company with a passion for working with children. At Viking, we strive for excellence, embrace positivity, create community, and believe in doing the right thing. Our instructors teach through positive reinforcement and have strong class management skills. We have a collaborative staff that is varied in experience, personality, and coaching style. While previous gymnastics experience is preferred, we will train individuals who have a strong passion for working with children and the right personality. Preferred qualities for our Gymnastics Instructors include, but are not limited to: Enthusiastic and energetic Professional, good communicator, and respectful Safety-oriented Knowledge and understanding of basic gymnastics skills Continual learner and receptive to feedback Have consistent availability for evening and weekend shifts Viking offers competitive pay, paid personal time off, birthday pay, simple IRA + company match, employee discounts, referral programs, and flexible schedules.
