Outside Services Lead

Overview We are looking for an individual to help us lead our forward most member facing team here at Southwind Golf & Dining. We are a blank canvas wanting to build a team that provides the best customer service in Kansas. Experience Required Golf Operations experience required Essential Responsibilities Prepare, detail, and stage golf carts to club standards prior to member arrival. Ensure carts are fully charged, clean, stocked, and in proper working order. Greet members and guests warmly and professionally by name whenever possible. Assist with golf bag handling and loading/unloading carts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, bag room, and practice areas. Set up and break down the practice facility daily (range balls, bag stands, etc.) Provide on-course support as directed by Golf Professional Staff Monitor and uphold pace of play standards.
