Summer Camp Educator

Exploration Place is looking for enthusiastic, organized summer camp educators to share their passion for science and technology with our 7 to 13 year old summer campers. Educators will lead our campers through 3-4 engaging, hands-on activities per day, allowing them to explore and discover various STEM concepts. You will be responsible for instructing and supervising campers and completing basic reporting for groups of up to 15 campers. You will also be responsible for keeping your camp room well-prepared and maintained before and after each camp day. Ideal candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working with children in an educational setting, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid driver's license. A Bachelor's degree in education or science and First Aid/CPR/AED certification is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. All candidates must pass a federal background check with fingerprinting and a drug screen.
