Your expertise will help create memorable experiences for our participants while promoting responsible horsemanship and teamwork. Responsibilities Conduct horseback riding lessons tailored to individual skill levels, from beginners to advanced riders Ensure all safety standards are strictly adhered to during riding sessions, including proper handling of horses and equipment Manage behavior and foster a respectful atmosphere among riders, promoting positive behavior management strategies Assist with the care and grooming of horses when necessary, supporting overall stable operations Experience Prior experience in horseback riding instruction or related equestrian activities is highly preferred Join us at Shire Village where your enthusiasm for teaching and passion for horses will make a lasting impact!
