This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young athletes, foster skill development, and create a positive, engaging camp environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Golf Camp Director, strong leadership abilities, and experience working with students in educational or athletic settings. As the camp director, you will oversee all aspects of the camp, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational experience for participants while managing staff and coordinating daily activities.
CAMP IS HELD JULY 26, 2026
- July 30, 2026 Duties Plan, organize, and execute all Golf Camp Director camp activities, including drills, games, and instructional sessions Lead and supervise coaching staff to deliver high-quality training and mentorship Develop age-appropriate training curricula that promote skill improvement, teamwork, and sportsmanship Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and respond effectively to any emergencies or incidents Coordinate schedules, equipment setup, and logistics to ensure smooth daily operations Foster a positive camp culture that encourages participation, respect, and personal growth among campers Perform any other additional administrative duties assigned by the Site Director when necessary Skills Proven experience in golf coaching or playing at a competitive level Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams of coaches and campers Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously Experience working with students or youth in educational or athletic environments Knowledge of safety standards and emergency response procedures in a camp setting Ability to adapt instruction to various age groups and skill levels This paid position offers an inspiring environment where you can make a meaningful impact on young athletes' lives while honing your leadership skills.
