Bambini childcare is seeking a responsible, caring, and energetic MSDE-qualified School Age Teacher to join our after-school program team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where kids can thrive after school.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise children during arrival, transitions, snack time, and structured activities Provide homework help and encourage academic engagement Lead fun, age-appropriate activities, including crafts, games, and enrichment Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment Keep accurate records (attendance, incident reports, etc.) Communicate effectively with parents, team members, and leadership Follow MSDE Office of Child Care regulations and program policies at all times Minimum Qualifications (Per

) : Must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED Completed the 90-Hour School Age Child Care Certification (or approved equivalent) Minimum of 400 hours of supervised experience working with school-aged children Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Ability to pass all required background checks and medical clearances

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a licensed child care or school-age program Strong classroom management and communication skills Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children

Part-Time | Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM hourly pay $17-$20
