Duties Lead structured Jiu-Jitsu classes tailored to beginners Demonstrate techniques such as submissions, escapes, positional control, and transitions with clarity and enthusiasm Develop personalized training plans that encourage progress and goal achievement for each student Monitor student safety during sessions, ensuring proper technique and behavior management to prevent injuries Incorporate related martial arts elements like Judo or Karate to enhance training diversity and effectiveness Foster a positive environment that promotes respect, discipline, and teamwork among participants Assist with event organization such as demonstrations to showcase student progress and build program engagement and credibility. Qualifications Proven experience in Jiu-Jitsu with a strong understanding of techniques and principles Prior experience working with students in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or childcare settings Knowledge of behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and focus during classes Ability to simplify techniques clearly and motivate diverse age groups effectively Certifications in martial arts instruction or coaching are highly desirable Join us to make a lasting impact by teaching Jiu-Jitsu that build strength, confidence, and resilience.
