The Summer Enrichment Instructors will lead creative activities, enrichment experiences, and hands-on programming designed to engage and inspire youth. Opportunities available for half-day and full-day teaching roles depending upon level of experience•details will be discussed on the interview. Responsibilities Deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards to engage students effectively. Support students' social-emotional development by creating an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere. Assess student progress regularly through observations and assessments, providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to deliver innovative instructional strategies and activities. Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and student performance throughout the summer program. Uphold safety protocols and ensure a respectful, positive environment conducive to learning.
