Bates Elementary School Center (2704 Baker Rd, Dexter, MI 48130) What You'll Do Lead engaging enrichment classes for elementary and middle school students. Follow the provided curriculum and activity materials. Encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence. Maintain a safe, fun, and structured learning environment. What We're Looking For Experience working with children (teaching, camps, tutoring, or similar). Energetic, reliable, and confident in leading groups of students. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Fine Arts, Mathematics, or Science) preferred. Patient and able to work effectively with students of diverse learning styles. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Must be able to commit to the assigned schedule. Must have a personal vehicle. Must reside near the class location.
