B In Action, LLC - The Michigan Center for Capoeira About Us B In Action, LLC (The Michigan Center for Capoeira) is an established martial arts academy offering programs for kids, teens, and adults, including Capoeira and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We focus on high-quality instruction, structure, and long-term student development. We are expanding and looking for the right instructor to build and grow a new martial arts program within our academy . Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for an instructor who wants to build their own program without the cost and risk of opening a facility . No rent No upfront facility expenses Dedicated training space within our academy This is not a room rental . This is a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to grow something long-term. What We Provide Dedicated 1,000 sq. ft. training room (matted and/or open floor with mirrors) Sound system and clean, professional facility Payment processing and administrative support All student registrations (kids, teens, adults) handled through our system Billing and payment collection managed by us Compensation 50/50 revenue split (after credit card processing fees) Income grows as your program grows Responsibilities Build and lead your martial arts program (e.g., Muay Thai, Boxing, Karate, Taekwondo, etc.) Teach consistent weekly classes (minimum 2 days/week) Develop a structured, beginner-friendly curriculum Deliver a high-quality and engaging student experience Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment Be responsible for your own marketing and student acquisition Marketing & Growth Expectations Instructors are expected to bring in their own students , especially in the early stages We provide guidance, support, and systems to help with marketing and lead generation After demonstrating the ability to attract and retain students, there is potential for: Shared marketing efforts Integration into our internal marketing systems (additional cost may apply) Ideal Candidate Experienced martial arts instructor (all disciplines considered) Enthusiastic, charismatic, and driven to build and grow a program Strong ability to teach beginners and create a positive class environment Reliable, consistent, and professional Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Interested in long-term growth, not just teaching classes Additional Details Initial trial period to ensure a strong fit Opportunity for long-term growth within the academy Program operates within our system and structure How to Apply Please include: Your martial arts background and experience Any teaching or coaching experience The type of program you would like to build Your availability We are looking for instructors who are serious about building something long-term, not just teaching classes, but growing a program and bringing new energy into the academy.
