Coach

Job description R-Athletics is looking for energetic, passionate coaches who love children and are available for daytime and evening hours. A gymnastics background and/or experience teaching children are preferred, but not required. Teach Gymnastics skills and progressions ages 18months+, in a positive, structured and encouraging way Provide spotting, corrections, and skill progressions appropriate to each Child's athletic level Maintain a safe and clean gym environment; report any safety or equipment concerns Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and team members Support special events, camps or clinics as needed Serve as a positive role model who demonstrates sportsmanship, teamwork and respect

Key Requirements:

Gymnastics background preferred, not required Enthusiastic, patient, and able to work well with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow class structure and teach progressions Must be dependable, punctual, and professional CPR/First Aid certification (willing to obtain) Background check required New coaches will have on-the-job training before being assigned classes of their own.
