Sprout Early Care & Preschool is seeking an energetic, dependable, and engaging Summer Camp Teacher for our 2026 Summer Camp Program running June through August. This position involves leading and supervising school-age children in a fun, structured summer environment that includes field trips, outdoor activities, hands-on learning experiences, and themed summer curriculum. We are looking for someone who can bring excitement, leadership, and positivity to the program. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children ages 5-11 years old Lead daily summer camp activities and curriculum Maintain a safe, positive, and organized environment Attend and supervise off-site field trips Communicate professionally with families and team members Assist with daily classroom setup, transitions, and activities Follow all State of Michigan licensing and safety requirements Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Reliable attendance and punctuality required Must pass background check and meet State of Michigan childcare requirements CPR/First Aid Certification preferred Valid Chauffeur's License required
