Compensation:
$25/hour Job Summary New Millennium Academy is seeking passionate, student-centered educators to join our summer camp team. The Summer Camp Instructor will provide high quality instruction, foster a positive learning environment, and engage with students during the summer term. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective instruction in assigned subject area(s) Foster and maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment Create and collaborate with fellow instructors on curriculum goals and targets Maintain accurate attendance records Communicate with families about student progress and achievement Participate in required training and staff meetings Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred Previous teaching experience preferred, especially in summer programs or with diverse learners Strong classroom management and instructional skills Ability to build relationships with students, families, and colleagues Flexibility, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience working with English Language Learners and/or students with IEPs Bilingual or multilingual abilities Familiarity with culturally responsive teaching practices
