This position is a great fit for candidates with experience in early childhood education, daycare, preschool, youth programs, physical education, coaching, nannying, or other child-focused roles. Gymnastics experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided. Our preschool gymnastics classes focus on basic movement, coordination, listening skills, confidence, and age-appropriate physical activity in a positive and supportive environment. Schedule We have daytime weekday class options available, with possible additional hours depending on availability and program needs.

Available shifts may include:

Monday through Friday daytime hours Saturday morning classes Additional evening, camp, birthday party, or event shifts as available Both part-time and full-time schedules may be available depending on candidate availability, experience, and program needs. Responsibilities Lead or assist with preschool gymnastics and parent-child classes Guide children through age-appropriate movement activities, obstacle courses, games, and basic gymnastics progressions Create a positive, structured, and engaging class environment Support safe class transitions, setup, and cleanup Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers Work as part of a coaching team to provide a consistent experience for families Participate in paid training and ongoing staff development Qualifications Experience working with young children in a classroom, childcare, coaching, recreation, or youth program setting preferred Positive, patient, and dependable Comfortable leading groups of young children Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn basic gymnastics progressions and class structure Ability to follow safety guidelines and class plans Team-oriented and reliable Work Environment and Essential Functions This is an active, movement-based position in a gymnastics facility. Instructors regularly move throughout the gym, guide children through stations, demonstrate basic movements, and assist with class activities. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees in this role must be able to communicate effectively in an active gym environment, maintain awareness of children in a group setting, and participate in the physical flow of class activities. Compensation Pay is based on experience and role responsibilities. Experience in early childhood education, coaching, gymnastics, youth programming, or related fields is considered when determining starting pay. Paid training is provided.
