Responsibilities Ensuring top-quality class instruction that exceeds expectations in a Christian environment Collaborating with Lead Instructor to deliver 5-6 dynamic, benefit-driven, and educational classes per day Establishing positive relationships with students and parents to provide exceptional customer service Conducting comprehensive curriculum testing to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement Collaborating with Membership Director to develop and execute marketing strategies Providing parent conferences to discuss student progress and address any concerns Organizing and executing events such as birthday parties and parent's night out to provide additional value to our community. Qualifications At Minimum, 1st Degree Black Belt or Equivalent Pass our F.I.T.
