Job description Customer Service Ensures excellent customer service Fulfills responsibilities in caring manner with member and staff Provides quality group fitness classes to Wellness Center members Supervising Responsible for the safety, security and well-being of class members Able to identify and handle emergence situations I nstructor Skills Maintains updated, proficient, teaching skills that are motivating, challenging, safe and enjoyable Stays updated in the wellness field Teamwork Supports team members by attending other classes and substituting when possible

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Fitness management or related field required. 2 years' experience in health fitness field preferred. Must have the knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve population to include adolescents, adults and geriatrics Maintains current CPR certification National certification is highly encouraged Teaching experience is beneficial
