Responsibilities Lead engaging swim lessons for individuals and groups, ensuring safety and fun at all times Assess student skill levels and develop customized lesson plans to promote progress Demonstrate proper swimming techniques, water safety skills, and behavior management strategies Maintain a safe aquatic environment by enforcing pool rules and supervising all participants Communicate clearly with students and parents about progress, goals, and safety protocols Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, equipment checks, and safety inspections Support the development of students' confidence in water through positive reinforcement and encouragement Experience Background in sports coaching, teaching, or physical education enhances your effectiveness Familiarity with childcare or working with children helps create a nurturing learning environment Knowledge of behavior management techniques ensures a positive experience for all students Previous involvement in swimming is a benefit, but not required.
