Job Description

Immortals Jiu Jitsu in Clifton, NJ is currently looking for a Head Kids Jiu Jitsu Instructor to lead and help grow our rapidly expanding youth program. We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and professional Great with children and parents Passionate about teaching and mentoring Experienced in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, or martial arts instruction Able to create structure, discipline, and a positive culture inside the kids classes Energetic and capable of leading classes independently Our kids program focuses heavily on: Discipline Confidence Respect Competition development Real skill progression Creating a strong team atmosphere Competition experience is preferred but not mandatory. Coaching ability, leadership, communication skills, and consistency are extremely important to us. This position has strong growth potential for the right person.
