Responsibilities Assist golfers by carrying their bags, providing course guidance, and maintaining pace of play Offer friendly customer service, answering questions and ensuring players feel comfortable throughout their round Keep the course clean and well-maintained by collecting trash and ensuring equipment is organized Provide local knowledge about course layout, hazards, and amenities to enhance the golfing experience Support safety protocols by monitoring player conduct and communicating any concerns promptly Help set up and prepare equipment or supplies needed for tournaments or special events Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times to promote a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Previous experience in lifeguarding, sports coaching, teaching, or childcare is highly desirable Background in martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or Climbing enhances your ability to manage behavior and stay alert Skills in swimming, cheerleading, basketball, or physical education teaching demonstrate physical fitness and team spirit Experience working with students or in health clubs and gyms shows your ability to engage actively with diverse groups Strong behavior management skills are essential for maintaining a respectful environment on the course Ability to stand, walk, and carry equipment for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to connect with players of all ages Join us in creating memorable golf experiences!
