• We are seeking an energetic and passionate Martial Arts Instructor specializing in Jiu Jitsu to inspire and train both kids and adults in a dynamic, supportive environment. In this role, you will lead engaging classes that promote physical fitness, discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate students of all ages to reach their full potential while fostering a positive and respectful community atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your martial arts knowledge and make a lasting impact on students' lives. Responsibilities Lead structured Jiu Jitsu classes for children and adults, ensuring safety and proper technique. Develop tailored training plans that accommodate different skill levels and age groups. Foster a motivating environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements. Maintain a safe training space by enforcing behavior management policies and safety protocols. Assist with event organization, demonstrations, or competitions to showcase student progress. Collaborate with other instructors or staff to enhance program offerings and community engagement. Skills Proven experience in martial arts instruction, especially in Jiu Jitsu or related disciplines such as MMA and Kickboxing. Strong background in teaching physical education, sports coaching, or childcare settings. Excellent communication skills for working with students of diverse ages and backgrounds. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment. Ability to motivate students through energetic teaching methods while maintaining professionalism.
