Overview We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) to join our team as a qualified instructor for teaching opportunities. Duties Lead engaging BJJ classes tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners Develop structured lesson plans that incorporate fundamental techniques, sparring drills, and progressive training methods Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning, confidence-building, and mutual respect among students Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and understanding of martial arts principles Promote safety protocols during training sessions to prevent injuries and ensure a secure environment Collaborate with other instructors to organize workshops, competitions, and special training events Assist with general gym or health club activities related to martial arts programs, including warm-ups and behavior management Requirements Proven expertise as a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with official certification or ranking recognition Demonstrated experience in teaching martial arts or sports coaching, preferably with children and teens Strong background in related disciplines such as Karate, Judo, Climbing, or other martial arts is a plus Familiarity with physical education teaching methods and working with students of diverse backgrounds Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and foster respectful interactions during classes Previous experience in sports coaching, childcare, or health club environments is highly desirable Ability to adapt training approaches for different skill levels while ensuring safety and enjoyment Join us in inspiring the next generation of martial artists!
