Job Summary Gymnastics Instructor - Summer Day Camp Camp Nabby is hiring energetic and enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructors for our summer day camp program! This is an ideal summer job for college students or high school gymnasts who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact in a fun, supportive camp environment. Safety, positivity, and enthusiasm are our top priorities. We're looking for team players who bring great energy, responsibility, and a love for helping kids grow through movement and play. Gymnastics Instructors work with campers ages 4-13 , teaching basic gymnastics skills and age-appropriate progressions in a safe and encouraging setting . Instruction takes place mainly in the morning , with games, outdoor play, and camp activities in the afternoon . Responsibilities Assist with daily gymnastics instruction and skill development Lead fun, age-appropriate games and activities Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment Actively supervise campers and prioritize safety at all times Encourage confidence, teamwork, and positive behavior Work collaboratively with fellow counselors and camp leadership Qualifications Active or former gymnast (high school or college experience preferred) Experience working with children in a camp, recreational, or instructional setting is a plus High energy, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to be a positive role model for young campers Formal coaching experience is not required, but welcomed Why Work at Camp Nabby?
