Competitive Gymnastics Instructor

Join Our Team at NYC Elite - Competitive Gymnastics Coach (Tribeca/UES/UWS) NYC Elite is looking for dynamic, competitive team instructors to join our Tribeca, Upper East Side, & Upper West Side locations for next season! At NYC Elite, we believe in building strong athletes through positivity, encouragement, and fun! Our coaches create an environment where every gymnast feels supported, challenged, and excited to grow. As part of our coaching team, you may lead a variety of classes, including: Caregiver participation Preschool programs Recreational (school-age) classes Competitive team training You'll bring energy and structure to every session, keeping classes moving, engaging, and fun, while ensuring each athlete receives the individual attention they need to succeed.

NYC Elite Coaches :

Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every class Have strong time management and organizational skills Know how to balance fun, discipline, and athlete development Love working with kids and building relationships with families Qualified candidates should have: A solid understanding of compulsory and/or optional routines, skills, and terminology Knowledge of gymnastics deductions and scoring USAG Professional Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire) At least 2 years of competitive coaching experience (or equivalent competitive background) Availability to commit to the full season (September 2026-June 2027)

Plan, prepare, and lead structured team practices Coach and develop athletes across multiple levels Provide constructive, positive feedback while maintaining discipline Attend and coach at all practices and competitions throughout the season Prioritize the safety and well-being of all gymnasts Communicate clearly and professionally with parents Ready to Apply?
