Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Academic Mentor to support and guide a small group of teenagers after-school. The hours are roughly 4 to 6 Monday through Thursday. The pay is $50 an hour.

Facilitate group sessions that promote a positive supportive environment. Qualifications Proven experience working with children or adolescents in a mentoring or educational capacity. Teaching experience. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A genuine passion for helping others succeed and overcome obstacles in their lives.
