Seasonal Golf Outside Operations

Job Overview The Quogue Field Club is seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our Golf Staff for the 2026 summer season as a member of our Outside Operations team. The ideal candidate will be available to work from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our practice facilities, as well as managing our golf bag storage operations. Core Responsibilities Manage daily golf cart and push cart operations, including staging, cleaning/detailing, charging, and routine maintenance checks Maintain practice facilities (driving range, putting greens) by collecting balls and ensuring areas are clean, fully stocked, and well organized Oversee golf bag storage operations, including cleaning members' clubs after use Assist with the setup and breakdown of tournaments, clinics, and club events Member Services Provide exceptional service by greeting members and guests, assisting with golf bags, and answering course-related questions Operations & Administrative Support Coordinate with golf shop staff to support tee time operations and ensure an efficient pace of play Monitor and uphold club policies and safety standards across the course and practice areas Assist golf shop staff with charging members for applicable golf-related fees Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining club standards Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
