Help us lead the next generation of gamers! We're looking for energetic staff to facilitate our esports and gaming programs. You'll mentor participants, run tournaments, and help kids turn their passion for gaming into teamwork and leadership skills in a high-energy environment. We are currently hiring for the summer season at the following locations:

New York:

Rochester and Pittsford Rhode Island:

Westerly Pennsylvania:

Doylestown, Fairless Hills, Warminster, and West Chester What You'll Do Lead & Engage:

Facilitate our gaming curriculum, mini-events, and daily activities.

Tech Support:

Help participants setup, troubleshoot, and play across various platforms.

Coach:

Teach strategy, game mechanics, and healthy gaming habits.

Safety First:

Manage participant behavior and ensure a fun, inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For Age:

Must be at least 16 years old.

Availability:

Able to work three or more full weeks (Mon-Fri) from June to August.

Compliance:

Must be able to pass background checks according to local laws.

Passion:

Strong communication skills and a love for the gaming community!

The Perks Competitive Pay:

$450 per week flat rate.
