Overview Join our dynamic team as a Gymnastics Instructor and share your passion for movement, agility, and confidence in learners of all ages! This energetic role is perfect for someone who loves teaching physical skills, fostering a positive environment, and inspiring students to reach new heights. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will lead engaging classes that develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and discipline while ensuring safety and FUN are at the forefront of every session. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a love for gymnastics and physical activity. Duties Plan to teach engaging gymnastics classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels, emphasizing proper technique and safety. Knowledge of gymnastic skills such as tumbling, balance beam , vaulting, and bar basics. Monitor participants closely to ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including spotting techniques when necessary. Manage behavior effectively by encouraging positive conduct, teamwork, and respect among students of all ages. Communicate progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support ongoing development. Qualifications Proven experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching with a strong understanding of gymnastic techniques and safety standards. Background in sports coaching, teaching physical education, babysitting or related sports is helpful!
