Job Description

About Us:
We are a high-energy ninja obstacle course gym focused on building strength, confidence, and fun for youth athletes of all abilities. Our adaptive program is designed to support children with diverse learning and physical needs in a positive, inclusive environment.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Adaptive Ninja OCR Coach to work with children of all abilities, including those with special needs. This coach will lead small group classes, create a supportive environment, and help athletes grow physically, socially, and emotionally through ninja-style training (swinging, traversing, climbing, jumping).
Responsibilities:
Lead adaptive ninja classes for kids ages 6-12. Modify obstacles and activities to meet individual needs. Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. Support social-emotional growth and confidence. Communicate with parents about progress and needs. Ensure safety rules and gym procedures are followed. Assist with setup, cleanup, and organization of equipment.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children (required). Experience with special education, therapy, coaching, or similar (required). Patient, energetic, and encouraging personality. Ability to adapt activities for different ability levels. Strong communication skills. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Bonus Skills (Not Required): Background in teaching, OT/PT, ABA, or coaching. Experience with neurodiverse children (autism, ADHD, etc.) Fitness, gymnastics, parkour, or ninja experience.
