Job Summary As a Caddie, you will play a vital role in enhancing the golfing experience for players by providing support on the course. Your primary responsibilities will include carrying golf bags, offering course advice, and ensuring that golfers have everything they need to enjoy their game. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for the sport of golf. Ways to earn, Single Bag, Double Bag (walk or ride), Forecaddie . Responsibilities Carry golf bags and provide assistance to players during their rounds. Offer knowledgeable advice on club selection and course strategy. Maintain an understanding of the golf course layout, including hazards and greens. Ensure that golfers have all necessary equipment and supplies throughout their game. Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to players' needs. Assist with any requests from players, including food and beverage orders if applicable. Uphold the standards of the golf course by maintaining cleanliness and organization in designated areas. Skills Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for golfers. Experience working with children is beneficial, especially in family-oriented settings. Cash handling experience is a plus for managing transactions effectively. Background in hospitality to enhance guest experiences on the course. Conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during play. Familiarity with food service can be advantageous if food and beverage services are offered on-site. Public speaking abilities are helpful for communicating effectively with groups or individuals. Experience in theater can contribute to strong interpersonal skills and confidence on the course.
