Job Description

Join one of the most innovative, effective & action-packed outdoor education teams. You're a skilled Bushcraft Educator and practitioner who knows real skill is earned through hands-on dirt time. In this role, you cultivate nature connection by leading youth camps and adult classes that teach shelter-building, tracking, stone tools, wild foraging, bird language, stealth, archery, navigation, fire craft, land stewardship, and more. With clear standards, strong ethics, and calm authority, you help kids build confidence and competence through outdoor adventure and team leadership. If you want meaningful work helping kids, families, and adults grow in community service, independence, and connection—Trackers is where we level up together. About Trackers At Trackers, we help children feel like a group of kids wandering country backyards 100 years ago: independent, tired, muddy, and happy from the woods and wild. Kids grow through real skills, real responsibility, and a community that holds clear standards. Kids need to gain competence in order to find true independence in nature and contribute to families, future generations, and the land. Why Join Us? Teach by doing in a program built on high standards and serious fun. Do work that matters while guiding kids to be competent for community. Run your group with real independence, backed by strong support. Work alongside expert educators who take safety and skills seriously. Keep leveling up through coaching, skills, and educational craft. Who Do We Need? The experience of high-level Trackers Guides is diverse and not what you might always expect. It can include restaurant managers from fast-paced environments, search and rescue personnel who've led complex outdoor operations., and middle school or high school teachers who've been through the classroom crucible. It also includes skilled outdoor guides in kayaking, bushcraft, rafting, climbing, and more. We want you!
